At Virgin Hair & Beauty, we strive for complete satisfaction with our premium extensions, allowing returns or exchanges within 14 days of receipt provided the security seal remains intact. Due to hygiene regulations, hair that has been removed from its packaging, brushed, or worn cannot be returned.

Ensure your hair extensions are in their original, unopened packaging with all gold security ties and seals untouched to qualify for a refund or exchange.
Submit Request
Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and clear photos of the sealed product to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack the items in their original box and include a note with your RMA number and name to ensure your return is identified and processed quickly.
Ship and Track
Send your package using a tracked shipping service to our distribution center; once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
